At Cheapskates Online, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that customized items and clearance gear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
